By purchasing a seat on any trip operated by Get Up & Go Travel, the Guest agrees to the

following terms.

1. Booking and Payment. A non-refundable deposit of $ 100 is required to secure a seat, unless trip is within 60 days to departure, then full payment is due at signup.

Final payment is due 60 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE]. Failure to complete final payment by the deadline forfeits all prior payments and the seat will be released.

2. Cancellation by Guest. Cancellations are subject to the following refund schedule:

- More than [60] days before departure: Full refund minus non-refundable deposit

- [30-60] days before departure: 50% refund

- Less than [30] days before departure: No refund

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to mferrari@getupandgotravel.us .

3. Cancellation by Company. Company reserves the right to cancel any trip due to insufficient bookings, force majeure, or safety concerns. If Company cancels, Guest receives a full refund or credit toward a future trip at Guest's option.

4. Travel Insurance. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Company does not provide travel insurance. Guests are responsible for purchasing their own coverage.

5. Check-In. Guests must arrive at the designated pickup location at the designated time. If guests miss the departure, Company is not obligated to provide a refund or alternative transportation.

7. Conduct. Guests agree to behave in a respectful manner. Company reserves the right to remove any Guest whose behavior is disruptive, dangerous, or illegal, without refund.

8. Photography and Media. By participating, Guest grants Company permission to use photos and videos taken during the trip for marketing purposes, unless Guest submits a written opt-out prior to the trip.

9. Changes to Itinerary. Company reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, venue availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. Substituted activities will be of comparable value.

10. Liability. Guests agree to sign and comply with the Liability Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement. Company's liability is limited to the total amount paid by Guest for the trip. The Waiver will be sent via email and must be signed and either emailed back or brought with the guest upon departure.

11. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia.

12. Transferability. If you cannot go, you may transfer your seat to another person at no charge, if written notice is provided at least 14 days before departure and the new participant signs all required documents.
