We will leave promptly at 8:30PM on Friday December 19th.  There will be a couple stops along the way, Clarksburg WV for additional passengers and batroom break and the PA Welcome Center on I-81 for a bathroom/safety break  We should arrive in NYC between 7:30 AM & 8:00AM.  The rooms will not be ready yet, however, we will leave our bags for storage so that you can begin enjoying the Big Apple!

Pricing is based on occupancy per person.  Pricing includes bus transportation, driver tip, 1 night lodging,  as well as snacks and bottled water.  We need a minimum of 45 passengers on the bus by October 19th,  to take the trip.  To register, please scroll down and enter your name & email.  Once I get your signup info, I will email the registration agreement.   An invoice for the $ 75 deposit will be sent upon registration and can be paid via Credit Card or ACH from a checking account with a Square Invoice or money can be sent to me via Venmo, CashApp or Zelle. This deposit is due within 7 days of registration. Once the initial deposit is received, another invoice will be sent with the remaining balance due. This balance will be due by October 19th, 2025. Reminder emails will go out prior to due date. You can pay earlier if you wish. If the deposit is not paid by the deadline, your spot will not be reserved and become available for another passenger(s).

Single Occupancy                1 King Bed                                          $ 550.00 per person 

Double Occupancy            1 King Bed                                           $ 400.00 per person

Double Occupancy            2 Double Beds                                  $ 420.00 per person

Triple Occupancy                2 Double Beds                                  $ 380.00  per person

Quad Occupancy                2 Double Beds                                   $ 340.00 per person

The tentative itinerary is below.

12/19/2025 Bus will leave Elkview, WV promptly at 8:30 PM. Please be at the lot by 8:00 PM. Pickup location will be Mt Pleasant Baptist Church parking lot. 58 Mount Pleasant Drive, Elkview WV 25071

12/19/2025 Bus will have additional pickups at Walmart, Clarksburg, WV at approx. 10:30 PM. Please be at the lot by 10:00 PM. Pickup location will be at the Walmart parking lot, Section close to the road & Burger King. 550 Emily Dr, Clarksburg, WV 26301.  This is also a bathroom break.  Possible driver switch for the bus.

12/20/2025 Bus will stop at PA Welcome Center I-81 North, Greencastle, PA 17225 at approx. 3:00 AM for a rest room / Driver safety break (30 minutes)

12/20/2025 Bus should arrive at approximately 7:30 AM in NYC at our hotel.  Hotel will be  Hilton Garden Inn NYC Financial Center/Manhattan Downtown . Rooms will not be ready, but bags can be dropped off and enjoy the city.  Check in is 4:00PM, but might be ready earlier.  Enjoy the day in the Big Apple!

12/21/2025  We will meet in the lobby of  the hotel at 9:00 AM to begin loading the bus for departure home at 9:30AM. Bus will depart promptly at 9:30 AM.

12/212025 Stop at Valley Mall Hagerstown MD approx.. 1:30PM  Lunch on your own. (1 hour)

12/21/2025 Drop off in Clarksburg Walmart at approx. 5:30 PM.

12/21/2025 Final Drop off in Elkview at approximately 8:00 PM.
